Account Deletion Request

To request deletion of your HUBS account and all associated data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please include the email address or username associated with your HUBS account so we can locate your data. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (display name, username, bio, and profile picture)
• Your experience history and session statistics
• Your chat messages and direct messages
• Your friends list and relationship data
• Your marker color and app preferences
• Your push notification token

Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction and billing records (required for financial compliance)
• Anonymised, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you
